Hi John, I know #2 and #3 are rather difficult! And sleepwise, it’s mostly that my girls are waking up a lot in the middle of the night for the past few months, which results in having a permanent lack of sleep. So any time I get to sit down to read, I find myself nodding off after only a bit of reading. I know it’ll get better once they’re older, as with the house of #3, it’s just a matter of patience, which admittedly I have a limited supply of ;-)

And no, unfortunately we probably won’t be attending WFC in Washington as flying out to the US is a costly business and with a probable move and the girls saving up for it isn’t in the cards. But thank you for offering and if we’re ever at the same convention I’ll definitely take you up on it!

#2 and #3 sound difficult to help you with, beyond recommend setting alarms and very gradually nudging your sleep schedule. I don't think I'd make that trade, though.

Now if I am ever at the same convention as you, I'd be very happy to help you cross paths with any writers I know. I won't at the Brighteon World Fantasy, but I will be at the Washington DC one in 2014. Any chance you'll be coming stateside for that?
